Steadfast Records can usually provide a full refund if

  1. Product is undamaged and unopened

  2. Clothing is unwashed and unworn

  3. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt

  4. Discounted or on sale items are not eligible for return

  5. Steadfast Records cannot refund digital downloads

  6. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs associated with returning an item

  1. If possible, preorders will ship ahead of the release date to get you your record by the release date

  2. All items in an order ship together, so expect a delay if your shipment includes a preorder. If you would prefer not to wait for a preorder item to receive other items, your best bet is to place two separate orders

  1. Items returned to us as undeliverable will incur additional shipping fees to re-ship

  2. We cannot be held liable for packages lost by the carrier


Damaged Items
  1. Please contact us right away if an item arrives to you damaged or defective in any way. We will send a replacement if available and in most cases offer a refund if not

  1. International orders may occasionally be subject to customs fees. We are unable to foresee these ahead of time and our shipping costs to not account for these fees. Unfortunately the customer is solely responsible for any fees due on receipt
